Information on the processing of personal data

If you are a client of ours or a prospective client of our services (hereinafter collectively abbreviated as "Client"), you are providing us with your personal information.

We handle all personal data in accordance with applicable legislation, in particular the GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation), the Civil Code (Act No. 89/2012 Coll.) and the Act on Certain Information Society Services (Act No. 480/2004 Coll.).

We only process data to the extent necessary and only those that you yourself have voluntarily provided to us. We are responsible for their protection and security.

We protect clients' personal data to the maximum extent possible using modern technologies that correspond to the level of technical development.

4. Your rights in the processing of personal data

In connection with the protection of personal data that we process about you, you have a number of rights. If you wish to exercise any of these rights, please contact us via airsport10@gmail.com

In accordance with the GDPR, you have the following rights:

  • the right to access your personal data, ie you can ask us to confirm whether or not the personal data concerning you are being processed and, if so, you have the right to access this personal data (Article 15 of the GDPR ),
  • the right to correct your personal data if some of your personal data that we process are inaccurate or incomplete (Article 16 of the GDPR),
  • the right to have your personal data deleted (the right to be "forgotten") if you do not want us to process some of your data; however, this only applies if, as the administrator, I find that there is one of the reasons for deleting your data (Article 17 of the GDPR),
  • the right to object to the processing of your personal data (Article 21 GDPR) or the right to restrict the processing of your personal data (Article 18 GDPR).

5. Transfer of personal data to third parties

We would like to assure you that when processing your personal data, we maintain the confidentiality of personal data and security measures, the disclosure of which would jeopardize the security of your personal data. At the same time, this confidentiality persists even after the termination of the contractual relations with us. Your personal data will not be disclosed to any other third party without your consent, except in the following situations:

  • For the purposes of managing web services and e-mail server, we use D2M s.r.o., Eliášova 761/46, 160 00 Praha 6-Dejvice, IČO: 65416554 as a processor. Your personal data is stored by this processor on servers in the Czech Republic. We have a personal data processing agreement with this processor within the meaning of Article 28 of the GDPR.
  • Furthermore, we are obliged to pass on the processed personal data to state administration bodies, courts and bodies active in criminal proceedings if they ask me to do so.
